Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy
At PS121 Jewelry, each piece is thoughtfully handmade with care. Because our jewelry is handcrafted and often made with genuine gemstones, pearls, leather, Sterling Silver, Bronze, and Gold-Filled materials, slight differences in color, shape, texture, markings, stamping, wirework, and finish may occur. These natural variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Please review our policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.
Returns and Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- You must contact us before mailing the item back.
- The item must be mailed back within the return instructions and timeframe provided by PS121 Jewelry.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method unless required by applicable law.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- Custom, personalized, or specially designed jewelry
- Made-to-order pieces created to a customer’s specifications
- Items that have been resized, altered, repaired, or modified
- Earrings that have been worn
- Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, damage, or improper care
- Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
- Gift cards
- Items returned without their original packaging or tags
- Items returned outside the approved return period
All sale and clearance items are final sale.
Custom-order deposits, design fees, and payments are nonrefundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.
Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please provide:
- Your name and order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the shipping package if it arrived damaged
Please keep the item and all original packaging until we have reviewed your claim.
Damage caused by normal wear, accidents, pulling, bending, dropping, misuse, improper storage, moisture, chemicals, lotions, perfumes, or improper jewelry care is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Handmade and Natural Variations
PS121 Jewelry uses natural stones, pearls, leather, metals, and other handcrafted components. Natural gemstones and pearls may vary in size, color, shape, markings, and texture.
Because each piece is handmade, the item you receive may have slight differences from the item shown in photographs. These differences are part of the handmade process and do not qualify as defects, damage, or reasons for return.
Store Credit
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If the return is accepted, store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the eligible item. Store credit does not include original shipping, handling, expedited shipping, gift wrapping, or return shipping charges.
Items returned worn, damaged, altered, incomplete, or outside the approved return period may be refused and returned to the customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Because many PS121 Jewelry pieces are handmade, limited edition, or one-of-a-kind, an identical replacement may not be available. When an exact replacement is unavailable, we may offer store credit toward another item.
Any price difference for an exchange will be the customer’s responsibility.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
We strongly recommend returning your item with tracking and shipping insurance. PS121 Jewelry is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address.
Please do not mail an item back until you have contacted us and received return instructions.
Order Cancellations
Online orders are processed quickly and may not be canceled once the order has been placed or entered the packing and shipping process.
Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible.
Custom and made-to-order purchases cannot be canceled once materials have been ordered or work has begun.
Repairs
Repairs are handled individually and are not automatically covered under this return policy.
Please contact us with your order number, photographs, and a description of the repair needed. Repair costs and shipping fees may apply depending on the age and condition of the jewelry and the cause of the damage.
Because some stones, pearls, charms, and other materials are natural, vintage, limited, or one-of-a-kind, we cannot guarantee that an exact replacement will be available.
